Using Madden Construction for building our 1st home was a great choice! They allowed us to pick a floor plan/style of home and be involved in various decisions with the building process. They were able to change the layout of the master bath to allow his and her sinks which was important for us. This was our 1st home and we were very happy with the building process and quality of the home. The builder (Todd) was responsive to our questions and concerns and always kept us in the loop with where we were at throughout the process.

5 out of 5 stars! My wife and I decided to build with Madden Construction because of their attention to detail and the quality of their homes. We worked with Todd Madden from start to finish and he was very attentive, patient, knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had throughout the building process. We were very impressed by the company's "hands-on" tactics and how Todd and his team were involved in every process of the build. Todd was able to tweak the house plan to accommodate what our family was looking for.

We could tell that every employee took pride in their position at Madden Construction and everyone we encountered was very professional and friendly. There is a lot to be said about a company with working owners! We are very happy with our home and it is perfect for our family.

Not good to build a home and start off by having all your crews leaving garbage all over the street, blocking driveways. constantly having to go ask people not to park in front of our driveways daily since this build started. crews are very rude and have cursed out numerous neighbors for having to move there equipment and trucks for the residence that actually live on the street. have no respect or care for anyone around in the neighboring houses!

Working with Madden Homes has exceeded all of our expectations as first home buyers. Todd was so responsive, detail-oriented and professional throughout the entire process. He truly cares about the quality of his homes and wants customers to be happy. Well we are beyond happy and would highly recommend them to anyone!
