Critical: Quality Do not buy a home if the builder is George Goodwin. Our house is less than 6 years old we have had 5 separate water leaks. Almost every house on our street has had the same issue.

Goodwyn Building has been a blessing to me this past year. I was able to build my first home with them and they made the process so easy. With me not understanding ANY of the process on building a home Philip and his crew walked me through every aspect of my new home. Philip helped me understand all my blueprints and what everything meant. If I had any changes he was happy to accommodate. He kept me up to date every week on what was taking place and what was coming for the next week.

I was able to visit the home at any time and he answered EVERY question I had in detail. When I moved into my home I still had questions and a small vent issue that was addressed in a timely matter and Philip was still there to assist me. I highly recommend Goodwyn Building for all your home building needs. They are the best in quality, friendliness and professionalism.
