It cost me $70.00 to return their product and after nearly a month I still have not received my refund. Their customer service is horrendous. Would not recommend doing business with them.

They do not provide return shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOUIE LIGHTING EVER! It is not stated in their return policy. Horrible customer service!

Is this place still even open?! I totally understand shipping delays due to COVID, but your website should reflect the accurate shipping time. The products I ordered STILL says they would be delivered within 2 days. It's now been almost 3 weeks and I have received no responses back. Ive written several emails, waited on hold for HOURS for several. days and done the automated call back option, with no responses.
I finally got ahold of someone to just tell me I need to wait 24-48 hours for a call back from a manager and it's now been almost 2 weeks. I've had to push my contractor out 3 times due to this company's delays. At this point, I just want a reimbursement so I can purchase elsewhere. Oh yes, they deducted the money even though the products haven't shipped.
