Sterling seemed reasonably OK during the buying process, and I was encouraged. However once we got to installation we found numerous problems/flaws with their planning, which for the most part we had to battle to get even half-way resolved. They made it quite an unpleasant experience. Afraid I can't recommend.

I deliver here on regular prompt to get me in around 6am when my appointment was 8am. Dock is tight but they have a few spotters who know what they are doing. Unload floor skids quickly.

I give Sterling kitchen and bath (formerly haverford kitchen and bath) 5 stars out of 3! If you are looking elsewhere stop looking because this is the Best place to go! We are working with Annette and she not only listens but her designs match our ideas even before we tell her so obviously she is amazing at what she does! I could not recommend this place highly enough. I am looking forward to my kitchen and I will proudly tell Everyone about Sterling!
