Today I was contacted by Fischer Homes corporate office. They are going to resolve my issue. It seems that some wanted to blow me off however, when the owners got wind of the issue they wanted to resolve the issue. Thank you Fischer Homes! Big Thank You to Larry Sanderson!

I do not recommend buying from Fischer unless you can frequently do to job sites to make sure the homes are built correctly. My house is under two years old has cracks in the foundation, my siding is warped, there is not a straight wall in my house, overall poor quality home. And also I have reached out to them, there is nothing they can do.

The homes are pretty amazing. They are overpriced for what they offer. Still, if you are looking to live in a safe neighborhood and have amenities like a basketball court, water slides, park, and soccer field right next to you. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
