I would give this builder zero stars if possible. They never seem to actually finish a subdivision. Do yourself a favor and look somewhat where this builder is not.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Terrible builder and developer. Seems like they never finish a development. I recommend staying far away from this unethical developer.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Their contract is on sideded in their favor. They use cheap materials. had several major problems they would not fix. You can't sue them it costs more to sue then have them repair. And they know it. My opinion find another builder.
