Overall, NOT the smooth, good experience that we had hoped for. But, after MUCH back and forth and involving WABA, we are happy with our house. It's not perfect, but it's okay.

Built my ICF dream home! After looking online through hundreds of floor plans, Bob was able to come up with a design that was exactly what we were looking for on his first attempt. Couldn't be happier with the custom details, use of space and quality of home we will be enjoying for a long time.
