From 1997 to our IPO in 2004, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of our predecessor and other affiliated companies (the "Kite Companies"). Mr. Kite is responsible for the Company's strategic planning, operations, acquisitions and capital markets activities. Mr. Kite began his career in 1987 at Harris Trust and Savings Bank in Chicago, and he holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University.
