Excellent company. Wouldn't have to think twice to use them again. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and professional. My dog even loved them! To me that's says a lot. Emery was a pleasure to work with and explained the whole process and always kept us informed. We would like to give a shout out to Craig, Carlo, Marco and Ren as well! Thank you for returning our home to us!

I would NOT use this company even if your insurance company recommends them! Do your own research & find another business to work with. I was charged over $1,400 to have a small containment closet cleaned & painted with "special" mold paint. That is it! That is all they did! Unfortunately I did not receive a price quote prior as I trusted my Insurance Company but, Allan Industries did not provide one either.
The work I personally had done was sloppy with one coat applied and paint is now also on my HVAC Unit! Then, today I received a voicemail message stating that my check did not go through when it was posted to my account a month ago! Very frustrating experience with Allan Industries. I agree with other reviews that say sloppy work & horrible customer service. I will add unprofessional & extremely over-priced!

I cannot say enough about this company. When our hot water heater flooded our basement, Allen Industries responded quickly to clean up the mess. The basement was quickly stripped of materials that could not be salvaged, the water was removed, and the basement dried out. Their courteous office staff worked hand in hand with our insurance company to ensure that the entire process was as stress free as possible for us.
The workmen that came to the house were polite and meticulous. The paint, molding, and carpet look amazing and we could not be happier with the finished result. Even though it wasn't in the job order, they even took it upon themselves to adjust the height of the doors to accommodate the thicker carpet that was installed. I highly recommend this company.
