Wayne Harbin Builders Inc did the build out on my business as well as an addition on my home and I could not be happier, the quality of the work was excellent. They were on top of all aspects of the construction, they were transparent and very trustworthy. Their professionalism in the permitting process, their ability to comprehend my needs and deliver were wonderful. They answered all my questions and carefully went over any concerns I had.
I would highly recommend them on any construction project your considering, be it a brand new custom home or a small addition. They do quality work and are very fair about pricing. I will be working with them in the future for anything construction related.

This company built a 288 sq ft addition to my home. Their work failed framing, insulation, electrical, mechanical and final county inspections. It was 8 months to build a room with one wall pre-existing, no plumbing and no HVAC. Inferior products were substituted without the owner's consent multiple times. Harbin Builders was in breach of contract. When presented with objective evidence Wayne and Brad Harbin offered no comment. An attorney was needed to obtain compliance with the contract breach. I would tell anyone considering working with Harbin Builders to be wary. Truthfulness is a variable with them.

I am a business owner that used Wayne Harbin Builders for my buildout for my business Blown Away Salon in Hayes, Va. I was very impressed with the customer service I recieved and the way each and every person I came into contact with went above and beyond my expectations. Being a young woman entrepreneur it can be very challenging to deal with contractors that do not take you serious and treat you with respect.
They did. The team also did an outstanding job on my salon and worked very hard to create the vision that I had in mind. They nailed it. I will be referring this company and using them in the future for my business and residential needs. Thank you again for a great experience.
