Dawn is the first and only licensed female general contractor in the City of Wilkes-Barre. She has worked for the company since 1993. She is a graduate of Hanover Area High School and attended classes in business management, architecture and building technology. She directs the general contracting; project managing, construction management and design build components of the company.
