Rubblization
Our rubblization process fractures concrete pavements into graded base material using specialized multi-head breakers. This technique creates optimal conditions for asphalt overlays while maintaining structural integrity. We've executed over 59 million square yards of rubblization projects globally since 2005.
Crack & Seat
Our crack & seat method creates controlled fractures in concrete slabs before asphalt overlay. Using variable-energy impact systems, we ensure uniform cracking patterns that prevent reflective cracking. This technique was pioneered on the M40 motorway in the UK in 1997.
Break for Removal
We specialize in complete concrete removal using high-energy drop hammer systems. Our equipment handles thicknesses up to 3 feet for airport runways and industrial slabs. This method enables efficient recycling of existing pavement materials.
