John Buchan Homes make excellent traditional homes and are known in the greater seattle area as a quality builder. I am a current occupant of one of the homes they have built in Sammamish and I can see the detailed finishing they have done across the homes in my neighborhood as well as mine. Their website was easy to navigate with good pictures of recently sold homes. I have reached out to them through the website and I was happily surprised that they not only reached back to me, but on the effort John Buchan Homes' staff took to get me the details that I needed. Went to their community in North Bend. Not impressed, both Quadrant and Tolt had much nicer homes for the same price point. Pretty much contractor grade interiors with uninspired layout and Seattle Bubble pricing.
