Services
Design Services
Our design team helps transform visions into detailed log home plans. We offer three options: selecting existing floor plans, modifying standard models, or creating fully custom designs. With nearly 50 years of experience, we provide expert guidance through every step of the design process while maintaining traditional craftsmanship standards.
Assembly Services
We offer expert re-assembly services for log homes nationwide. Our team handles complete log package installation including framing, flooring, roofing, and window/door installation. While our packages are designed for DIY assembly, our professional services ensure proper construction while maintaining the integrity of our flat-on-flat log building method developed in the 1970s.
Maintenance Services
Our maintenance programs protect log homes through annual inspections, preservation treatments, and restoration services. We address moisture protection, UV damage prevention, and energy efficiency improvements using specialized techniques that maintain the natural beauty and structural integrity of log homes for generations.
Pre-Built Cabin Kits
We offer prefabricated cabin kits featuring the same quality as our custom homes but designed for easier self-assembly. These kits include Denali, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Glacier models with simpler designs perfect for weekend retreats or family cabins while maintaining our signature craftsmanship standards.
Finishing & Staining
Our professional staining services enhance wood beauty while providing critical protection against elements. We apply UV-resistant finishes, water-repellent sealants, and insect-resistant coatings using state-of-the-art equipment. This service is available as an add-on for new homes or as part of our ongoing maintenance programs for existing log structures.
