Weve been the well drilling contractor for Motz Homes since 1985. Great people and good to their subcontractors. They also built a home for a family member and he was well satisfied.

On the recommendation of a neighbor, I contracted with Tom Motz Homes to build a room above the garage (to use as an office). Brian was my main point of contact, and the designer. I'm very pleased with the room and the entire process. It went so smoothly, with scheduling and details taken care of so that I could continue focusing on my own work. I look forward to working with them again on other projects, and I don't plan to shop around. This company seems to have gathered all the best subcontractors, they're friendly and professional, and they take care of the project management well! Thank you for my beautiful office.

Excellent company to work with when building! They make everything about the process very easy and clean. Starting with Wayne in the land purchase, Brian with the design, Jerry with the supervision, Tim with the follow up repairs and Becky with customer service. Very easy process. The quality of the build was beyond our expectations! All of the contractors were excellent to work with and great to communicate with both onsite and by phone. Tom and crew are excellent people to work with and we would highly recommend them if you are looking for a custom build.

My husband, Dan, and I moved into our Tom Motz custom home in May 2018. We have absolutely no regrets that we decided to go with Tom and his wonderful staff as the team to help us through the building of our home. Brian was invaluable in his assistance with design and other decisions. Suggestions were offered, but we were never pressured into decisions and we always felt listened to when we came up with questions and ideas of our own. Ours is truly a "custom" home, built to satisfy our needs and desires.
The contractors used by Tom Motz Homes are amazing as well. Many of them have a history of working with Tom for a long time, and they share his vision for doing quality work with quality materials. Finally, Becky in the office, and Tim and Jerry who are part of the Motz support staff, contributed to our total satisfaction with the construction of our home.
