Jim is a Master of his craft and has a sense of humor. He arrived at the inspection ahead of schedule. Jim's main focus is Safety First. He took his time and thoroughly explained his findings. Jim is fantastic. When we arrived at the property to be inspected he was already there, very prepared having already taken a brief look around the exterior of the house and we were able to jump right in. Jim made the inspection experience as a first time homebuyer reassuring and educational. He was very thorough and offered tips (esp. maintenance, safety and general upkeep tips) and great detail about everything he sees. I'm grateful for his attention to detail and will always refer others to Cornish Home Inspections.
