In 2014 and 2015, it's nice to know that great Customer Service stills exists. I thought 'steel was steel.' What I learned is that the planning and parts are what make the difference. The Customer Service folks provide answers that save big money AND big time. A big shout-out to Arco's team for making steel building projects a success.

I have had my building from Arco for several years, emailed them a couple of pictures of the doors I have and they hooked me up right away. Received the operators on Friday March 13, 2015 and installed them this past weekend. Went perfectly, hooked up easy even for a non-electrical person like me. Perfect product, will be letting every person I know that needs this type stuff to email you. Couldn't be happier with the product and the installation. I hope to have many years of trouble free operation with the openers. Thanks for all your work on this project. Customer service, TOP NOTCH, especially Marcia, awesome job. Tim
