The previous Denali Apartment Barn line was created as a solution for what many of our customers were already asking. They wanted a barn that could function as an office, mother-in-law, man-cave or even a permanent residence. They needed something flexible, functional and beautiful. We put our heads together for months to build a system to meet these needs and when we released the original Denali, it quickly became one of our most popular models. After years of deeply engaging with our customers and listening to their feedback, we have taken the Denali to new heights.

The Rainier is a two-story barn style home with modern floorplans and up to 2,000 square feet of living space. Two models (A and B) are offered with either a two, three or four-bedroom setup with options for the master suite on the main level. When selecting this home, you will be able to choose from three main floor designs and four upper floor designs created to work together so that you can mix-and-match to find the best options for your needs.If you are looking for vehicle parking within the same building, consider enclosing a shed roof to use as a carport.

The Blue Ridge home is a single level residence designed with all the hallmarks of a Barn Pros structure: a timber-style front porch entry, covered side porch and decorative rooftop cupola. Overall living space ranges from 1,296 to 2,592 square feet depending on the footprint you select. Interior floor plan layouts are designed to maximize your space while providing modern options like an open living area, a bonus room and master suite. Consider adding a shop like the Journeyman or Tradesman if you are looking for work, storage or vehicle parking space.
