Co-founder with over 50 years of experience in home building operations. Manages financial aspects and corporate sponsorships for DanRic Homes while also operating Durand Properties, a family rental company.

Dan Durand

Founder

Established DanRic Homes in 1974 with his wife Nancy. Built the company's foundation as a trusted local home builder before retiring as President in 2009. His vision created a family legacy in residential construction.

Darby Pippin

President

Joined the company in 1998 as Vice President of Operations and became President in 2009. Brings decades of hands-on experience in home building operations and community development to lead the second generation of family ownership.

Kelly Cain

Vice President

Started with the company in 2005 as General Office Manager before becoming Vice President. Provides operational leadership with deep understanding of all aspects of the home building process from her various roles within the company.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The head of the HOA for the neighborhood is a joke and has no interest in helping solve any issues. There is also no concern for fixing the issues with their advertised amenities. None of the equipment in the fitness center has worked in the year I've lived here, and the head of the HOA only has the excuse that she can't find anyone to fix it. As to their house plans, there's no storage in the house.

The closets are tiny, and I didn't build this house, but from what I can tell, everything is low grade. No tile, hardwood, or even laminate, just cheap carpet and linoleum. If you can find another builder, I would definitely go somewhere else.
