I highly recommend recording all conversations you have there. It's hard to feel like their vague blueprints and contracts are not intentional to just ignore what you asked for in the design meeting and just build whatever they want. Furthermore, then to go as far as say that YOU, the customer, must not have remembered to request all those things YOU wanted in YOUR house while YOU were designing it.

The whole nightmare of a project is just mindblowing. They will tell you one thing to your face, then send you an email a day later stating the opposite. Record your conversations. The actual work the building crew has done looks like good, quality work. I'm thankful for that, but the company itself has been dishonest from the first design meeting to when they actually started the project over 3 months late. and now nearly 2 months later, they're still not done and dragging their feet in order to not fix a HUGE error. Update: the ceiling error cost us an extra $17,800 to somewhat remedy and graber's best offer was to refund us approx $4500.

Great company, any buisness could take some pointers from Graber. I needed some metal roof sheets and they beat the prices off anwhere in Southern Indiana. The level of knowledge, kindness, and price, mixed with their location it is always worth my time to drive to get what I need.

Their website is pretty good considering all the different options. I called their office and the lady that answered the phone was really nice but wasn't able to provide very much information. You put me on hold for almost 6 minutes before I had to hang up. Still interested in what they have to offer so I may be calling them again to get some information.

I have built 3 GPB barns / homes and have always been very pleased from start to finish! They are professional and build a very solid and beautiful building.

GPB installed a steel shingle roof on my home. Great product, love how it looks. They left a triple-wall stovepipe in place that I had told them to remove. They corrected their error the next day. Good workmanship. A steel shingle roof costs approximately 40% more than an asphalt shingle roof, but it's worth it.

Great place to get steel and components for your post frame buildings. very helpful staff in the office contractors area. The guys out in the yard filling the orders are fast and efficient. Seem to have good prices on everything.
