When Hall and Irwin couldn't find a good pipe crew, they created this company; when they had trouble finding aggregate, they started mining; when they were losing money from water infiltrating their mining pits, they started building slurry walls.

We are the preeminent turnkey land development contractor on the Front Range working with well-known and respected home builders. Our clients continue to request Hall-Irwin for our project quality, ability to meet schedule and our outstanding preconstruction and construction management teams. Hall Irwin Corporation has partnered with LGI Homes to develop a community of 141 single family residences called Hidden Creek Subdivision, located in Fredrick, CO.Along with the widening of Ridgeway Boulevard, this project brings with it, a unique set of circumstances, including locating underground utilities and the various ways to work around them in the most cost effective way.
