I hope no one ever has to need the services of Seneca. They are in the business of cleaning the environment up. Recently I inherited an old gas station that has been out of business for over 30 years. Of coarse the old gas tanks were never removed and over time they have leaked what little gas was left in them in the soil in the area. One phone call to these guys and most of my problems have been solved.
They did all of the work with the state to find out how the dig would go and what it will take to get it cleared of contaminate. It takes time to make sure the soil is clean, but Seneca will "hold your hand" the whole way. I wasn't sure what I was going to do prior to call them. It was really overwhelming.
