Lalo and Andrew arrived on time and began removing the old plastic that had been used in the crawl space portion of our basement. They worked diligently throughout the day, cleaned as they worked and left our basement cleaner than when they arrived! Both Lalo and Andrew walked me through the area, explaining what was done and the basement was amazing! The dirt was covered with white, vapor barrier that was also sealed halfway up the foundation walls/columns; the vents were sealed and a commercial grade dehumidifier was installed.

The crawl space had a strong musty smell that filtered through the floors into the living portion of our house. We have just had the work done and I will add an update once we have given the system time to have made a difference.
