Everyone at R&B Metal Structures was amazing. Devyn helped me though the process and answered a million questions that I had. Jack and his crew arrived at exactly the scheduled time to do the install. They displayed true professionalism and craftsmanship. I had zero negative issues at all. I would definitely use R&B Metal structures and Jack and his crew in the future.

We live in Cookeville, TN. We purchased an 18' x 31' structure to cover our camper. The entire staff and owner have been great to work with. The installers were very courteous & professional and did an outstanding job. The structure has exceeded our expectations and we'd highly recommend R&B Metals

R&B has been A+. I've been in the business for years and have been a dealer for R&B for over 2 of those years. So far they have proven to be a solid partner and supplier for our dealership. Everyone from our rep to the install managers have been amazingly supportive. Any issues that have come up have been managed and remedied promptly. If you are looking for a builder who cares about you and will take care of you in the long run, R & B is definitely not the place for you. I just purchased a small farm that has two 40' carport type sheds that were built by R & B less than five years ago. When I called them to ask about having them enclosed, they told me that they wouldn't do additions to buildings that they had previously built. REALLY? So what am I supposed to do? - Am I supposed to tear them down and start over? Obviously, if they don't care about me, why would they care about you? Now you have been warned. Good Luck

I ordered a building back in March 2021 and they just installed it at the beginning of October. The roof is leaking and they will not give me a date they can come back out and fix it. They threw all the trash behind the building at the install site. They pushed my install date back four times. It has been a constant headache with this company and poor communication. The building is good quality and that's the only thing positive.
I have over 20k in this building alone and over 30k with the slab and everything else and they can't give me a date or time frame to fix a leaking roof. The company came back out and fixed the roof and picked up the trash. There doesn't appear to be anymore leaks. Quality of the building 5 Stars.

Almost a complete 7 stall barn with tack room. Installed solar powered lights. Getting there! Still very pleased!
