I bought a 6 x 24 natural stone granite and first she charged me $130 per box then After 1 week I was short supplied so I went back to them to buy more boxes and she told me each box is an extra $70 because the price increased. Since I had no choice I bought it because my contractor was waiting to work because he couldn't stop. The next day I went to Home Depot to buy more boxes and they sold it for $130 which I saved $70 compared to presti. my understanding I was dealing with an old lady at presti and she made a lot of mistake while trying to bill the product. She overcharged some customers to meet the loss with other sales. Please do not go here unless you want to be robbed.

Critical: Professionalism Not professional at all, they don't help out the customers over the phone. They talk to you like don't want to hear what you need or help out. Very Rude over the phone when talking to them

Well it's 3:40 pm now and they close at 4 PM. However, I wasn't even allowed to enter the store. I was just passing by since I see them everyday on my way to work and was not aware of what time they closed. I'm renovating my house and I knew exactly what I needed and simply wanted to get a quote. As soon as I opened the door an older balding white hair gentleman (who wasn't even wearing his mask) scolded me and my friend.

He looked so annoyed that we even opened the door. So rude! I don't even want to do business with this type of customer service. Giving this place 2 stars bc I hope the owner isint aware of this type of behavior and corrects it for other potential customers.

Backing out Dan's comment: Poor customer service, the older lady at the front desk very rude, it felt like she was not happy. My boyfriend was willing to spend money and she turned us away because they were closing in 15 minutes, practically she kicked us out. She seemed not to care about losing our business. He was really excited about his project and buying but her negative attitude completely turned us off.

We hired Presti for a complete driveway and walkway / patio and brick veneering in the summer of 2015, We are still getting compliments from all our neighbors and people passing by. Their work was absolutely incredible and their designer was spot on. Big shout out to Max and the crew.

Awful! The service is so poor, they are not very nice on the phone and I set up two appointments and the guy cancelled on me twice! (after the appointment time to make it worse!) I had a big job for them to do and they just lost the commission on it! I will not be scheduling another appointment with them and I let everyone know, to avoid this company. I am sure there are other stone mason corps that have better customer service and actually show up to the appointments. I appreciated that they were going a little bit out of the way to accommodate me, but I don't appreciate service like this. Stay away if you can.
