Our company is a fully qualified to perform through and comprehensive residential inspections, we inspect sidewalk, walkways, exterior stairs, patio, deck, exterior walls and windows. We inspect roof to ensure rafters are not sagging which may proof to be a very expensive repair. We check rubber shingles to identify number of layers on the roof, any roof with more than two layers will require additional expense when time comes to install new shingles.We also inspect garage and driveways to view the house for possible runoff issue due to poor grading.
