To ensure maximum usability and comfort, heating units can be added to any post-frame structure; however, we recommend the building have an insulated concrete floor, properly insulated walls/ceiling, and vented soffit overhang. Heat units operate the same as common household systems, giving you complete control of temperature settings and adjustments.

Excellent service from Tim and the Schley team from beginning to end. Initial meeting was in early Spring 2019 and we had our garage completed by that Fall. Schley took care of the sub-contractor for the cement pad which saved us time tracking one down ourselves. Garage was built exactly as we imagined and Tim offered great suggestions on color and style, and was open to our design changes. Office staff always called us with any questions and was very friendly. Crew that built the garage was professional and quick!

I started looking for a contractor last year to build our pole building and Tim stood out immediately among the competition. He offers a turnkey service from site prep to concrete to construction and finish of the building. No other builder in the area offered that and it made the entire process so much easier than having to find individual contractors on our own.
These are unprecedented times with supply chain issues, out of control material price increases and overwhelming demand for contractors services. Tim went above and beyond for his customers recognizing the material shortages and price increases and offered the opportunity to pre-purchase steel and doors to help minimize these impacts. This took a tremendous effort on his part to manage through the incredible amount of additional logistics and work this caused for his business.
We cannot thank him enough for taking the time to do this. Our building was recently finished and the workmanship was nothing short of excellent. The crew was efficient and paid attention to even the smallest of details. There was not a screw out of place and when they left the site was completely clean. I would recommend Schley buildings to anyone looking for the best pole building contractor in the Northwoods.
As for the other reviewer here on google, all I can say is this. The best contractors are always extremely busy. They cannot just drop everything at a moments notice and cater to your own personal specific wants, needs and agenda. A little patience and understanding goes a long way toward achieving the best outcomes in anything in life. Unfortunately this is something so many people these days seem to be missing completely. Thanks again Tim for an excellent finished product.
