My great grandfather was a designer and builder of oyster fishing sloops and sail racing yachts on "The Great South Bay" of Long Island, NY. My grandfather owned a design-build company and developed several small communities on Long Island. My father is retired after 45 years of carpentry, and I cannot remember a period in my life that I was not building or remodeling something.

EFA designed the updates and was the contractor on the restoration of a 120 year old house in Seaview. We love the house with the updates. Then after 2 years, we continued to get support on nonworkig windows and EFA resanded, primed and painted the west and south landings where the paint had peeled. I will use them again.
