After speaking to a total of 5 local builders, we chose to build with Kevin Parker of CEM Precision Construction, B.A. Emmons. He exudes integrity and honesty. He said he would build our home with the care and attention to detail he would for his own home. He kept his promise to say the least! Our home turned out as perfectly as we could ask for. He puts his stamp of approval and pride into every step of the build.

We couldn't be happier with our new home, it's genuinely a showpiece and we love living here everyday. I promise his demeanor makes for a fun and enjoyable build, rather than a nail biting process. Give them a call!
