Visited several times and selected a carpet for $3k. Salesman then gave a complete price to remove and haul away old carpet, freight in, pad, move furniture etcetera. Final price was $5k. I bought from Lowes, similar carpet and pad, everything included $3k and a 10% military discount, great carpeting job. Go to Lowes.

My husband and I walked into the Carpet Shop and was greeted by Mark and from the moment we met him to the end of our transaction was nothing short of accommodating, professional, courteous and caring. We purchased a rug for a small area of out front entrance, an area rug for under our dining room table and ended up getting a complete new floor for our open area concept of the kitchen, living room and dining area.
The staff at the Carpet Shop were in tuned to our needs and patient while we tried several different designs. The contractor they hired to put our floor down was also amazing. Chris and his staff was neat, clean and efficient. I can't say enough about how happy my husband and I are with the Carpet Shop and it's affiliates. Good going! :. Highly recommend this store.

We HIGHLY recommend the Carpet Shop! We have always worked with Melanie, she is FANTASTIC! However, EVERYONE there is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The installers are very neat. They are friendly and, most importantly, they do excellent work. They cleaned up really well after the installation too.

Not helpful with designing process. Service charge of 80 dollars was not informed until after purchasing tile. Tile was purchased and looked horrible next to existing tile. So of course they won't take it back. Also took over a week to get the tile poor communication on their part. Will never go back here.

Drew and his team just finished installing new flooring at Jackson Davenport Vision Center and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. The attention to detail and being able to accommodate the install over a long holiday weekend ensured we were open for business as usual Monday morning. I would highly recommend them
