Super helpful, responsive and nice. My door locks were broken, and I needed a new set. I was able to go to Lowes that night to get what I needed and text my technician photos to make sure I had the right hardware. He came out the next morning and installed everything. 10/10

I reached out to J&M to rekey three doors to put them all on the same key. Eugene answered the phone, scheduled me the next day, showed up on time, was efficient, clean and professional. He made four copies of the new key on the spot. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with his work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I liked that Eugene was very honest, helpful, and kept lines of communication open. Even though the job was rather small, Eugene offered extra tips on decreasing the chance of it happening again. This company is very helpful and was most economical of all the locksmith's my husband and I contacted for help.

Had a pleasure of working with J&M Locksmith on several occasions (including this morning, hence the review). Called J&M Locksmith and talked to Eugene. Got locked outside the house and needed to get in. I was in a hurry so asked him to come ASAP. In 45 minutes he was there and in a few short minutes I gained access to the house. Quick, courteous, professional and fair prices. If you're looking for a solid locksmith in the Metro Atlanta area, call them!

Eugene was awesome. I contacted Eugene to re-keyed locks to several businesses for us. He arrived when he said he would arrive, his prices were fair, he was able to intelligibly explain to me what he was doing and why. He could not complete the job that same day because he needed to order keys and pick up a dead bolt for one of our doors. He gave me a date and time for which he would return and did just that.
He was unable to install a deadbolt on one of our office doors and instead of trying to make a quick buck, he gave us other options. We will definitely use him again. I will definitely be using him again for all of our businesses.

Eugene was the technician that came to my home. He was very prompt and to the point. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I understood. Eugene was able to repair a part of a door that was messed up by a locksmith from another company. I was very impressed with the service as well as with what I was charged. His price was affordable. I would refer J&M to my family and friends as well as use their service again myself.

I just bought my first home and I needed to have my locks changed. Eugene from J&M Locksmith arrived on time - early in fact. He was professional and helpful throughout the appointment. Not only did he help me change several locks in my house, but he also provided me with a lot of advice on what I should get my contractor to come out and do in the next few weeks to thoroughly secure my home. His prices are fair, his
