I have been in my home for 4 years now. I called Degler to come out to pump my septic tank. The truck guy called to let me know he was 5 minutes out for my appointment. I really appreciate that. Upon a quick inspection, he was honest and told me that I did not require my tank to be pumped as it was pretty much all water and no solid waste and pointed out the water line was a bit below the pipe. He had me flush my toilets to make sure no obstruction.

Everything was good. I truly appreciate this companie's honesty! Told me to call again in 2 years and I will. Your truck guys were very nice and professional and answered all my questions. They left the tank area nice and neat.

Very professional and friendly. We had to use the bathroom in our travel trailer until we could get the septic tank emptied. After the home septic tank was taken care of they offered to empty the holding tanks on the rv. They went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

I made an appointment late Friday with Heidi for our septic tank to be pumped out. Heidi was very professional and thorough. She made sure I understood the process, including costs and the timeframe for our appointment the next morning. I'd never dealt with plumbing issues before, and my husband is deployed, so I was really out of my element, but I couldn't have been in better hands. Jordan was at my house within the 2-hour window I was given, and he and the gentleman with him quickly handled business, being careful and respectful of our property.
