Chris Holland and his team were phenomenal. This is my first home, and I bought it knowing the roof desperately needed replacing. Chris was kind enough to explain (and explain again and again) the process from start to finish, the financing options, and offer stylistic advice. The roof was finished in a day and the gutter installation was also super fast. His team was so nice and professional and did amazing work.
My neighbors keep stopping by on their walks to look- its almost a completely different house now! I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders now that this is done and backed up by their warranty.

They solved a complex problem to do with leaking chimneys on an historic home. I could not have asked for better service or professionalism. Highest recommendation!

Chris Holland and his team were fantastic. He came out on a Tuesday, went over options and explained details with us for nearly a full hour, and by the following Monday we had our new roof fully installed. His team was on-time and well organized, taking careful precautions to quickly cover the site when a sudden storm came on. Chris was very responsive, reasonably priced, and great to work with. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough good things about Rodas Construction; specifically Chris Holland. Chris was on to of things and was very proactive. He took special interest in making sure that my roofing needs were met. Any special request I had, he made sure it was met and kept me in the loop throughout the process.
Also, he made sure that I understood the entire process and was very detailed oriented. I will definitely recommend this company, and specifically Chris, to all my friends and family. Very happy with the work done.

We recently used Rodas Construction to replace our roof and were extremely satisfied with the results. After meeting with a number of roofing contractors and doing lots of homework we choose Rodas Construction because its a local company, they offer a great warranty, they received many great reviews. Chris Holland, the General Sales Manager was wonderful to work with. We had several contractors tell us that our insurance company is notorious for denying storm damage claims, but Chris reassured us that hed help up navigate the process and felt that we had a very good chance they would cover it based on the damage he had noted. Chris did all he could to provide our insurance with everything they requested. We were overjoyed when they agreed to pay for a brand new roof. Thank you Chris!!! Were so glad we decided to use Rodas for this major home improvement.

Steve Lineberry and the Rodas Construction crew did a fabulous job with our recent deck replacement project . Steve came out, assessed the situation, added some design suggestions and promptly responded with a fair estimate. Once agreed upon, the crew started on time, finished in a timely manner and left the property in better condition than they found it. We are very pleased and recommend Rodas highly!

I invited four different companies to look at my roof and give me quotes. Only three returned quotes. One of them was overpriced (wanted to add an entire extra layer of plywood, refused to consider job without it), one was from someone who never climbed up on the roof and seemed desperate to get me to sign-up immediately. Only Rodas Construction's Chris Holland was able to come, inspect my roof, get me a timely quote and follow-through with me months later when I'd finished reviewing my options.
Work was done very quickly (7am to 1pm). Clean-up was good, a few missed items. No damage to plants, gardens, equipment, etc. Roof looks great. Even when an error was made (gutters were removed when only the gutter guards were supposed to be), Chris made sure I had new gutters 24 hours later, and no extra charge. Absolutely recommend at least giving them a call if you are considering a roof.

Rodas installed a new roof on our house. They were exceptional to work with. Chris Holland specifically took a great deal of time to explain the process to us and was always available for questions. Should the time come that we have roofing needs again, we will use them without hesitation and recommend them to anyone needing a roofing professional.

This company is fantastic! I dont live on property, however, my college kids do, so I am happy to say Chris Holland went above and beyond. No one wants their kids running over nails in the driveway and Chris did an extra through inspection of everything. I was able to talk to him throughout the day of the work. Communication was great. I really enjoyed working with him and will call back when I need work. He even said he does work in the Charlotte area, so I added him to my contacts. Thank you Byron Mitchell for the referral.
