We absolutely love MDS floor plans. We love them so much that we ended up buying one of their new constructions. They built our dream home without knowing they were building our dream home! My family's experience with MDS has made us lifetime clients. We've previously owned 2 new builds and just purchased our 3rd with MDS. Although we offered on a spec home somewhat late in the game, they were accommodating and understanding with some of the customizations we wanted. They know what they are doing and have great service throughout the built. Most importantly-they BUILD QUALITY HOMES. At today's costs you want to know you're getting a good home. I just closed on my first completely custom home built by MDS in October and was nothing but impressed. They made the home building process extremely easy and non-stressful. This was the first home I built and they took the time to walk me through every step along the way. They were extremely responsive to all my questions and requests and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed. They are also extremely organized and were in constant communication. The build
