Services
Hardwood Installation
Our hardwood installation service transforms spaces with precision-engineered wood flooring solutions. Using premium materials from trusted vendors, we handle subfloor preparation, plank selection, and expert installation through nailing, gluing, or floating methods. Each project receives customized finish applications that enhance natural wood grain while ensuring durability against daily wear. Our certified installers complete projects within quoted timelines, maintaining dust containment during sanding and finishing phases.
Carpet Installation
We provide comprehensive carpet solutions including removal, replacement, and new installations. Our showroom features commercial-grade and residential carpets with moisture-resistant backing for high-traffic areas. Professional installers use power stretchers for wrinkle-free results, while recommending optimal padding thickness for underfoot comfort. We handle transitions between rooms and ensure proper acclimation of materials before installation to prevent future buckling.
Laminate Installation
Our laminate flooring service combines affordability with durability through click-lock and adhesive installation methods. We offer scratch-resistant options suitable for kitchens and entryways, with underlayment systems that reduce sound transmission. Installations include precise expansion gap calculations to accommodate temperature changes, while maintaining seamless transitions between different flooring types in multi-room projects.
Vinyl Installation
We install luxury vinyl planks and tiles with waterproof cores suitable for bathrooms and basements. Our process includes moisture testing concrete subfloors and applying self-leveling compounds when necessary. For commercial spaces, we use commercial-grade adhesives that meet slip-resistance standards. Decorative options mimic natural wood and stone textures while maintaining easy-clean surfaces through protective wear layers.
Sanding and Finishing
Our refinishing service restores worn hardwood floors through multi-stage sanding with progressively finer grits. We apply water-based or oil-based polyurethane finishes that meet VOC regulations, with optional stain applications for color transformation. The process removes scratches and dents while preserving original wood character. We complete refinishing projects within 3-5 days depending on square footage, with 48-hour curing periods before furniture replacement.

Overall I had a great experience with the Elephant flooring team. Daniel responded to the call, took measurements the same day we called, and gave us a very reasonable quote the next morning. He is a true subject expert and gave us a lot of excellent advice about installation and process. The team came on Monday next week, right in time. They gave us a call before they came. George was the main contractor installing the floor, and he was just amazing.
Great communication, fast, and clean. Daniel gave us a call at the end of the day and ask if we had any questions. We will definitely come back to the Elephant flooring team for our next kitchen project. Thank you

Daniel the owner as quick and very easy to communicate via text. Camellia was the person who helped me in the store. She was helpful and we ended up ordering the floors from them. My contractor was able to pick up the floorings with no issue. Happy with this local business.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Camellie (front office), Daniil (field manager), Luis and Alfredo (installers) turned what could have been a stressful project into the most pleasant experience from the first contact. I am very pleased, look forward to work with them again, and above all supported a local business. Highly recommend them.

Daniil & team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in a week like promised. 1650 sq feet installation including stepping up in our living room. We installed Medieval flooring SPC/LVP at our new place and Daniil took care of everything from ordering to delivering the material. There was a minor issue that we noticed after a week and Daniil & team were quick to come back and fix it. Daniil also helped us selecting casings for our door as well as baseboards.
As a first time homeowner, he gave other suggestions too for our home which were really helpful. The team found a water damage near one of the windows and they were able to fix that for me too. Highly recommend Daniil & team :

Reached out to Daniil as we were looking to get quotes from multiple floor installers. Daniil promptly came out to gather measurements and quickly sent us a quote within 1-2 days. He was very responsive via text messaging too when I was picking his brain for the best way to install our floors with the least amount of squeaking. Although we ultimately proceed with using him and his team to install our floors, he has terrific communication skills, offered to go the extra mile to get sound proof padding if we so wished it and immediately took pictures of padding he would recommend if we went down that route. I have no doubt he would have installed our floors to perfection and honestly would have gone with Daniil if we could afford it.

I can't say enough good things about Elephant Floors. They removed carpet and parquet flooring and installed new hardwood floors in a large space (~1200 square feet) plus a flight of stairs, the entrance way and a closet. The wood is perfectly laid - seamlessly moving among three rooms with long lines. They kept the house really clean and neat, moving my furniture around, so I didn't have to move it.
They did this start to finish in 4 days, my friends and neighbors are amazed - lots of excellent feedback.and this includes a contractor, who does this himself. Thank you Daniil, Hector and team, Bravo!

Me and my wife were looking for a reliable flooring company to install the hardwood floors. We also needed to replace a few spots of subfloor after a last years water damage. Subfloor repairs was about 300 ft. total. We also were helped to choose the right floors, we have a 70 pound dog that can easily scratch the new floors, so the ones we chose are scratch resistant. The entire project took a little bit less than four days.
We were explained in the beginning how the process will take place, so as the repairs started we were more than ready for this project. Overall it was great experience, in a few years we are planning to sell our house, so if our next home will need any floor repairs to be done we will call Elephant Floors for sure. Great service, professional approach, highly recommend!

Me and my wife have contacted Daniel/Elephant Floors in regards of refinishing hardwood and installing tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. He came in to do the measurement and talked to us about the project. Daniel happened to be young, very professional and knowledgeable contractor. He took all the measurements, explained to us the logistics of the project, also came up with the labor cost estimate on the spot.
After talking to 2 other companies, we have decided to work with Daniel and Elephant Floors. We had to move out of the house and rent a PODS box to put all the furniture in. Daniel handled everything! We have spent 7 days in Tahoe, while the team was doing the job. After we came back, not only the project was already completed, the guys put all the furniture back where it belongs. We were very pleased by the quality, customer service and attitude of this company! I highly recommend Daniel and Elephant Floors to anyone who have flooring project to do!

I am very happy with the work elephant floors did for me. I had maple hardwood floors installed in two rooms, and then refinished the floors in the entire house. Daniil is excellent to work with and he delivers great customer service. Francisco and his crew did a great job with actual work. They cleaned up after themselves every day and at the end of the job. I recommend them!

Elephant Floors did a nice job both finding the right material to match the existing floor and installing it. They were ready to accommodate our time schedule, and it took only about 2 weeks to get the materials and to get the job done. Well done!
