We had to remove alot of property left from a tenant who skipped and left us a bunch of junk. After we had given away as much as we could there was plenty leftover. The rollaway trailer was a great move! Much more convenient than wheeling it away ourselves. Thanks!

Rubbish Inc was patient and explained the rental process to me while we were looking for a way to remove our home renovation debris. We had purchased a bagster and quickly realized that we needed a LOT more space. With Rubbish Inc's help, we got our rental scheduled and the friendly representative who dropped off our unit kindly hoisted our fully loaded and heavy bagster into the dumpster before departing.

We filled the dumpster and they came back to pick it up right on schedule with no damage to our driveway. The pricing is super fair and it's great to support a business who appreciates even their smaller, one-off residential customers when you know they've got to make tons more working with contractors and construction crews. If we need debris removal again, we will call Rubbish Inc without hesitation. Thank you!

I ordered a 6 foot 20 yard dumpster. They dropped it off in my driveway exactly where I needed it (could still park my car beside it) and picked it up according to my scheduling needs. Having this made my house clean out for moving soooooo less stressful. I would not have been able to get it done without their dumpster service. Thanks Travis!

A PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! The two guys showed up early to haul off remaining stuff from a duplex demo, but I was caught in Round Rock at IKEA (C minus---customer service) and was quite late getting to the job site. They were patiently waiting and had the BEST attitude. And even though my load was slightly over the 1/2 truck limit, they didn't charge any extra! Now where do you see THAT these days?!? What a breath of fresh air, even in the garbage business! I will definitely use this company again.

Wow! These guys make it look easy. Todd is always available and super easy to work with. They are fast, courteous, and can put that dumpster pretty much anywhere. Some companies may look a little cheaper up front, but fail when it counts. Not Rubbish Pod. If you're in central Austin- they'll have your dumpster changed out in 2-3 hours from when you call. Reliable contractors make timelines and budgets possible. I always recommend Rubbish Pod to firends and use them whenever we need a dumpster.

Initial service was great dropped of when and where I asked. Only issue(s) were that the dumpster had mud chunks that were not cleaned up and left on my driveway, they took dumpster w/o communication of doing so (Part my fault for not confirming ahead of time, they did agree to bring me one out to finish my job). Otherwise friendly people and quality dumpsters and judging from reviews this could have been a random occurrence.

I am currently remodeling a 1920 bungalow in East Austin. Rubbish Inc, has had a rolloff on this property since March. During this 4 month time frame, Austin has been drenched in rain which made the backyard of this property a mud pit and difficult for Rubbish Inc., to pickup and deliver the rolloff BUT these guys succeeded every time! Todd has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He always delivers on his promises and always has such a great attitude. I highly recommend Rubbish Inc. as they are truly professionals and fantastic to work with.

When it comes to my money, I do my research. I must have called 10 different dumpster rental companies and they were all outrageous and confusing. Their prices were high to begin with and then they had all these hidden charges, like depending on how full the dumpster was you would get an extra charge etc. But the guys at Rubbish Pod were so helpful and their reasonable price was straight forward.

They even worked with me on the time so that I could afford it. Basically they treated me like I was a person. I felt so relieved when I found them and they've been great to work with. Highly recommended!

An extremely customer-oriented business. Josh (who coordinated the rental) and Todd (who delivered the dumpster) both were remarkably courteous, accommodating, and able. Todd was very punctual with the drop-off and did us a huge favor partway through our work, moving the pod so we could load debris from another side of the building. Both went the extra mile and helped us out immensely. My theater will definitely do business again with them. Bonus: the pod (which is not at all bad-looking) opens at one end so you can walk/roll things into it if you want to.
