Drain Cleaning
Our drain cleaning specialists use advanced methods like hydro jetting and sewer cameras to clear blockages in kitchen sinks, bathroom drains, and main sewer lines. We address slow drainage, foul odors, and tree root intrusions while preventing future issues. Commercial clients benefit from regular maintenance programs to ensure optimal drainage systems.
Leak Detection
Utilizing acoustic sensors and thermal imaging, we pinpoint hidden leaks in walls, under floors, or underground without destructive measures. Our technicians repair slab leaks, pipe leaks, and irrigation system issues while providing detailed diagnostics to prevent water damage and mold growth.
Water Heater Repair
We service all water heater types including traditional tank systems, tankless units, hybrid models, and solar-powered heaters. Our technicians address no hot water issues, leaking tanks, temperature problems, and faulty pressure valves while offering energy-efficient replacement options.
Toilet & Sink Repair
From basic repairs like replacing worn seals to complete fixture replacements, we handle residential and commercial toilet and sink issues. We install water-efficient models, repair leaks, and upgrade bathroom/kitchen fixtures with modern, durable options.
Home Renovations

Daniel was great in everything. He explained all that needed to be done and displayed the estimate so there were no surprises. His work and demeanor is very professional. Daniel also has a great personality. The main thing was the repair was done correctly and completely in a timely manner for what was required. It was a broken shower valve so it's n really a simple job for a lay person. Now my shower looks and works great.

My second experience with Waialae Plumbing proved to even surpass my initial one. I am an extremely happy customer. Wish there was an additional Star, cause 6 Stars would be more accurate. This was my second service call with technician Brian T., he will continue to be my requested Go-To-Guy.

A friend told me I should do the repairs myself; I don't think so. Today I had the kitchen faucet replaced, the dishwasher removed, guest bathroom faucet (for shower/tub) replaced, and, last but not least, the handheld shower head's replaced in both bathrooms. The two technicians who came were fast and efficient. Warren explained why I should have the old (and unused) dishwasher removed; I'd been considering it for a while.

I now have extra kitchen storage space! I'm embarrassed that I didn't get the other technician's name. While he tackled the kitchen faucet, Warren showed me why the guest bathroom bathtub faucet should be changed. I'd rather be proactive when it comes to plumbing issues. They arrived early too and got right to work.

Nate arrived, evaluated my needs and informed me what it would take to accomplish them. He was highly professional and I was totally satisfied with the quality of work he did. He is definitely an asset to your company. Sara was just as cordial and helpful when I first called them. They made my day and relieved me of excess stress.

I called on Friday morning for a drain clog issue thinking I would get scheduled sometime the next day, but they were able to get my job in on Friday afternoon. Jacob was very understanding, even though what I was experiencing did not make logical sense. He was very efficient and completed the job with no issues.

The scheduler was professional and able to get me an appointment the next day. Nathan was professional, courteous, personable and prompt. He diagnosed and repaired the leak and explained to us what we needed to understand. He was also able to give us a quote for another issue. The quote was $200 less than another plumbing company that we called. Excellent service that we will definitely use again.
