I always get great service from Basset. Today I had my annual furnace inspection and cleaning which takes about an hour. Everything was perfect except the tech showed up 15 minutes early for an 8am appointment. Please don't ever come early for appointment without asking first. I was still getting dressed when he rang the gate. It's extremely awkward when they do that.

He showed up very quick, fixed the issue I called about, did a couple annual maintenance items and talked me through everything he was doing and answered all my questions! Jeff came to check my Heating system. I was getting notices from my exonerated that there was a problem. He checked the thermostat, read the emails and checked the furnace.
