AC Went down. Scheduled with Nelson and never got a call back the next day confirming. I ended up using another company. Spoke to owner and he cleared it up with me. Good guy.

So thankful for this company they came in and helped us tremendously when our garage had a huge condenser leak! They fixed the problem in 24 hours! Another company we called tried to scam us and kept the water flowing all through our garage!!!!!! Thanks to Nelson air conditioning we have our AC running super cold and no flooding!!!

I have used scottie for years and never had a complaint Services:HVAC duct & vent installation, Repair HVAC

Nelson Air showed up on time, fixed my broken AC and installed a new thermostat. I thought I needed a new AC unit and thought it would be expensive but I only needed a small part to fix the unit. Very honest work. Services:A/C system repair, Thermostat installation

Our a/c had failed us 3 times last summer, so we had been thinking about overhauling the whole thing for a while. When I scheduled heater maintenance around Nov, I met Scott, and I told him about our situation. He was very professional, knowledgeable and gave his suggestions without any pressure, which I appreciated. After sitting on it for a couple months, we finally pulled the trigger. Scott's team was very professional, courteous, and efficient.

In 2 days they were able to take apart and dispose of our old furnace, ac, venting, condenser, and replace them all. Additionally, they relocated the heater to the attic crawl space, so we got an extra closet! I cannot express how great everything came out. Scott and his team delivered everything they said they would, and helped give us peace of mind with the oncoming cold and hot days. I would definitely recommend Nelson air for anything heating or air conditioning related.

Great customer service, prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality and a reasonable price. Service:Install AC

The team at Nelson Air is incredible. We worked with Scott to plan our full HVAC system update. He gave us a great quote and no hidden costs! Daniel did our install and he was outstanding - super clean, explained all the work he was going to do and had us up and running same day. We couldn't be happier with Nelson Air!

Nelson Air provided me with options and recommendations on a new unit. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable about the systems he offered as options. He did exactly what he said he going to do, and we couldn't be happier with his service. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him and Nelson Air to any of my friends, family or people doing research on different AC companies! Thank you Nelson Air!

I had a great air duct upgrade today from Nelson Air. They showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I fully recommend their services.

I had a great experience with NELSON Air. A friend referred me to this company after my AC broke during one of our heat waves and I was desperate! They arrived the day of to assess and provide a quote and had my AC up and running in no time! Overall, I had a great experience with them and will definitely refer them to family or friends that have heating/ air issues.

Scott at Nelson Air hustles to get the job done right! He is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Great family run business. They can do brand new HVAC installs or even small repairs! Very pleased with Nelson Air service at our personal residence!

The owner, Scott, was able to diagnose the problem with our unit within minutes and give us a detailed assessment of the issue. We were impressed with his professionalism, honest up-front pricing and efficiency in getting the job done in a timely matter. We'll definitely be back for his services down the road!

Always professional and punctual. These guys do the job right the 1st time and if you ever need them to re-check something, they are always willing to go the extra mile. Had them replace a wall mounted AC unit in my apartment. I can't believe my apartment gets cold now. Their prices can't be beat either. I've recommended them to friends, family and co-workers.

This company did an amazing job!! My air conditioner broke the Tuesday before 4th of July, and it was very hot out. I called Nelson Air and requested a next day appointment on a very busy four day holiday weekend. The owner was very professional and 'fit' me into his schedule even though I requested a last minute appointment. The owner and his friend were honest and told me my options for fixing my air conditioner. They did a great job, and I would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!
