Way overdue on a yearly maintenance for our AC system, and knew we had some repairs to be done on the A/C unit. PV was easy to schedule with, and our tech Ahmed was prompt, easy to talk to, clearly experienced, and answered any and all questions we had without reservation. I had to replace my upstairs heat pump July 2022, as my old system was 14 years old and completely dead. Everything about PV from sales (ask for James) to installation (Dustin, Neal & Christian) to office phone person (Jai) was top notch. I got five quotes and spent two weeks researching products and companies, but in the end there was no other choice but PV. Having a salesperson (James) who was previously a technician is invaluable to understanding the options and choosing the right system.

Also PV does two things others don't - 1) a load analysis up front to make sure you're getting the correct size (mine was actually too large, a 3.5 ton when a 3 was plenty big enough as the analysis was for 2.7) and 2) a quality check of the installers work after everything is up and running. My neighbor was about to get a new unit also and had already researched and decided, but when she heard about my experience, she met with James and went with PV also. They aren't the cheapest in price, but they definitely offer the most value for your money because the service is so good and they do everything the right way.
