Very professional staffs! Highly recommended to the ones need garage door or parts repair. They changed our old spring system to torsion with short notice and cleaned the site afterwards.

I called with an emergency repair at 8am when my garage door chain broke. They came within an hour, and everything was fixed promptly so I could go about my day. I was so relieved when they were able to turn my panic moment into a total non-issue.

We were impressed how knowledgeable and nice he was when we called to fix our garage door on a Sunday. Our family members garage door was unable to open and therefore we couldn't go anywhere with a car. He came the same day, sorted out the issue and fixed everything, recommended what we can do for longevity of the garage door and even tuned up the garage door. Alex is great. He has been maintaining my doors at home and at our diesel shop for years. He takes pride in his work and haven’t had any issues with his quality. I highly recommend him!

Needed a broken torsion spring replaced. I reached out at 9PM and Alex came out the next morning. His quote was more than fair and he gave an honest assessment of any additional work that was recommended. Will be using Firstline again for future garage work.

Everything with Alex was top notch. Needed my garage motor replaced as it was working only intermittently. Alex was able to get out to my home quickly and discussed options with me at very reasonable rates. Was knowledgeable and not pushy. He noted my rollers were corroding which I had not noticed but upon inspection, it was clear they were. Got the job quick and was very professional. New system works great and is much quieter. My cable came off one side and my door was lopsided and one of the roller came out. Also my rail got bent. I had one company came out and estimated for $350 labor and extra cost for parts if there might be problem. Also suggesting to get a new door. However I found Alex (no review but i wanted to get second opinion). He came out and saw the problem and he said he can do it like no problem. It was way cheaper and fixed it so fast and even change two new parts cuz it had corrosion. He spray everything and made an adjustment and even give me a tip how to maintain by purchasing spray from homedepot. Also I asked him about getting a new door cuz the corner never closed flat (with small gap) but he said new door will not fix my problem cuz I have low bearing and even if I get new one it will be same. Alex is awesome! Saved tons of money and fixed my issue. I wish I had pictures before the job.

My garage door was in need of replacement, and my opener was not operating properly. I sent out a few estimate requests, and did receive some replies. However Alex from Firstline stopped by my home, evaluated my problem(s), and we discussed options and a timetable for removal and installation of a new door and hardware. When my new door and parts arrived Alex called me to set up an installation date. I mentioned that I was having a problem with my opener, and he stopped by my home, made some adjustments to my opener, and we setup up an install date. There was no charge for this service call! Alex was punctual, showed me what he was going to do, completed installation without a problem, and charged me exactly what he had quoted to me weeks earlier. He took away all of the old hardware, and even swept my entire garage floor once he was finished. If you want to help a small businessman who is honest, punctual, extremely competent, and does not try to sell anything to you unnecessarily, do yourself a favor.
