Each project receives customized pressure settings to protect surfaces while achieving maximum cleanliness, with technicians trained to identify optimal cleaning methods for different materials.
Commercial Building Washing
Designed for commercial properties, our building washing service maintains professional appearances for retail spaces and office buildings. We employ industrial-grade equipment to eliminate grime buildup from high-traffic areas while minimizing business disruption. Our team follows strict safety protocols for occupied facilities and offers scheduled maintenance programs to sustain clean appearances between visits.

Specialized graffiti removal services restore surfaces without damaging original finishes. Our technicians use adjustable pressure techniques combined with eco-friendly solvents to eliminate spray paint and markers from brick, concrete, and metal surfaces. We maintain rapid response times for urgent requests and provide documentation for insurance claims related to vandalism.

Concrete cleaning services target oil stains, rust deposits, and biological growth on driveways and parking areas. We utilize high-temperature steam to break down stubborn contaminants while preserving concrete integrity. The process includes edge detailing and spot treatment for heavily stained zones, leaving surfaces uniformly clean and slip-resistant.

Clean Surface Pressure Washing just completed my patio last week. Steve did an outstanding job. I had a serious pigeon problem on my patio that resulted in pigeon waste on my patio's stucco wall, wood awning, and Saltillo tile. It was a mess, but Steve's work far exceeded my expectations. He even came out on a nasty rainy day to get the job done. I was blown away at the results. I didn't think it was possible, particularly where the waste appeared to have stained the white stucco, but all traces of the waste were gone after the washing. I've already recommended Clean Surface to a family member, and I won't hesitate to use this business again in the future.

Clean surface pressure wash did my driveway about a week ago. Concrete was in good shape but grimy after 35 years of exposure and use. This is an owner operated business, Steve actually answered the phone and scheduled me and did the work himself, showed up on time and did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it I was very pleased with the results. I recommended him to a couple of neighbors, one of which he is doing this morning as I'm leaving this review I'm sure she will be just as satisfied. Good guy, personable, organized and efficient.

Both customer service and quality of service are excellent! Steve is quick to respond and both friendly as well as easy to work with. He did an excellent job ensuring that everything I wanted done was done to my liking before wrapping up and consulted me before doing any work that could comprise the surface he was working on. I also felt very comfortable, as a woman who lives alone, that is important to me. 10/10 would recommend!

Can't say enough good things about Steve. I texted him some pictures of our back patio pavers and gave me a quote on the phone. Two days later he showed up and did an immaculate job. He kept me updated as he progressed through the yard and helped explain his process and all necessary steps to remove the dirt and sealing. He did a very thorough job and was done in a few hours. Would definitely recommend!
