I was skeptical at first when they pick up because they just say "plumbing service" but lost that skepticism quickly when Westin showed up an hour later. He is very professional and even took it like a champ when my 2 80lb puppies jumped him in the kitchen! Made me feel like a dang fool (in a good way) with how easy the fixes were. We had a pipe blow under the house on CHRISTMAS and the guy that came out couldn't have been nicer. He was there in about 10 minutes and was charming, knowledgeable, kind and QUICK.
