Being super busy after moving into the new house.
Brett is very professional and immediately responded to my email and followed by phone calls - the most cost effictive suggesiton was proposed by him. A 3 years package was offered and we made a quick deal. A technician was despatched to our house 2nd day in the morning and installation was done in just about one hour. Then a demonstration and detailed explanation on downloading related Apps into mobile and usage of the system was given after that.
A few days later, we found the alarm was triggered a few times while nothing occurred in the late evening after syestem being set to home stay mode. We called True Petotection and the next day the same technician came over for a through test and checking. Some old sensor was found malfunction and he replaced all for us right away. A follow up phone call was made to us the day after with apology of inconvenience caused and everything was perfect after that.
Nice peoples and great job. Yet chosing service provider from Yelp becomes a habit for me now even I am quite new to this App. Fantastic!

I just bought a new house and one of the top things on the to-do list was to get an alarm system. After researching the big companies, where I know they'd over promise and under deliver and then gauge me on my price the first chance they'd get. I looked for a different option.
I decided to give True Protection the opportunity to win my business. I sent John (who I have known for years) an email he called me back in less than 24 hours. He wanted to talk to me on a personal level, and get to know my needs. He was not pushy and did not recommend anything I don't need or would use (ie motion sensors bc I have a dog). We talked about home monitoring, customer service, value and price. At the end of the day, I got top of the line alarm system that beats the price of an ADT or Brinks.
The day of the service call arrived, and my technician (Will Harman) arrived promptly at the time slot given. He was professional and obviously knew what he was doing. He walked my through the entire system (which is state of the art and I can control it from my phone). I felt comfortable with with him in my home, and felt confident when we was doing the wiring.
My wife was equally blown away by the service, professionalism and equipment True Protection has to offer.
I would recommend True protection to anyone. They are are great company and have obviously hired great people.
