Do not trust this company or their people. they tell you one thing and bill you for another. they said i would get a certain amount of reimbursement from my insurance company if i let them do the work and paid them a certain amount. they lied. i had to pay them and i got a reduced amount form the insurance company. not sure how they stay in business.
