Christopher McCoy founded C. L. McCoy Framing Co., Inc in 1988 as a sub-contracting company that employed 2 family members. Since that time, the company has grown to a general contracting company specializing in wood and metal framing. We now employ over 30 employees and has annual sales that surpass $10 - 12 million, with a bonding capability of over $5 million.

Much of this growth is due to a willingness to diversify and assume the risks associated with challenging projects. Our mission for over the past 30 years has been dedicated to the beautification of Inner City Projects.

Christopher L. McCoy started C.L. McCoy Framing Co. in 1988 as a very small sub-contracting company that employed (2) family members. In this same year we were able to obtain our Minority Business Enterprise license from the State of Maryland and the City of Baltimore. In 1989 the Company was incorporated as an S Corporation. Through many years our Company has persevered as one of the leading sub-contractors/Contracting & Developers in Baltimore.
