Sales and Building Process

The Sales Specialist will show you plat maps of our neighborhoods with available homesites. Narrow your choices and go "walk the homesite" to picture your home sitting on the homesite. Hartland Homes now gives you up to forty five days to decide how to make our plan, your home. During the forty five day period you can decide what options, if any, you want to add to your home.

Financing

Choice is very important to our buyers. When you build your home with Hartland Homes, there are many financing choices offered by our preferred lenders. Some of these programs include: FHA, VA, Conventional and USDA loans. You can put 20% down or nothing down* (must qualify for VA, NIFA HBA or USDA).
