We recently worked with Linda at Trinity Floor Co, who assisted us with 2 new runners in our hallway and a stair runner. Linda was a pleasure to work with and helped us answer every question we had. Their install team was superb as well, very kind and clean! We look forward to working with TFC again

Terrific service all around. So grateful we found this place. Did a complete remodel from old carpet to new hardwood and tile. Crew was considerate of our privacy and the fact that we were living at home during the work. Thanks to everyone involved

We needed to redo tile flooring in our kitchen and bathroom of our apartment because the floors were not level and the grout kept breaking out. This company worked with us on our timeline and with our budget to give us BEAUTIFUL new tiling. We found some hiccups along the way involving the subfloors and the door threshold that the team was able to work through competently. Despite the extra work, the job was still finished in a few days, and done the right way! Pleased with the finished product and would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Casey Emerson on a very large scale project in Dallas. He was consistently professional, always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Over the course of almost a year from conception to install his genuine pursuit of customer satisfaction, patience, good nature and absolute white glove customer service made him in my opinion one of the finest in this industry.
He is now with out out a doubt my go to source for all flooring and tile. His knowledge, willingness to go above and beyond, honesty and integrity made this project turn out beautifully and made a very complicated process very simple by handling every detail. If you are in need of a flooring and tile source you need Casey.

As a custom home builder in the DFW area, we have been so fortunate to work with Trinity Floors. Hands down one of the most customer service oriented vendors we work with. They always respond immediately, are so pleasant to work with, and do outstanding work in our $1mm+ homes. It is rare to find service and quality as high as Trinity Floors offers in our business!

This company was top notch and did an excellent job replacing our wood floors after water damage in our house! They were the beat of many companies we had to work with during this time and got it done quickly and efficiently while we and our children had to live here!
