From 1975 to 1981, Dryden Builders, Inc. rented office/warehouse space on Dryden Road in the city of Moraine, hence the name Dryden Builders, Inc. In 1981, Don purchased our offices and warehouse on Thomas Paine Parkway in Centerville. In the 70's, the majority of Dryden Builders, Inc.'s work was with gas and oil companies. Since the '80's, Dryden Builders, Inc. has built commercial buildings for most industries including tool & die, manufacturing, office buildings, multiplex theater houses, branch banks, restaurants, churches, social organizations, government/public buildings, elderly living facilities, country clubs, distribution facilities and funeral homes.
