Reporting systems vary in the home inspection industry. A report should be more than a clipboard and a checklist.

About

Choosing the right inspector can be a difficult process. Unlike most professionals, you will not get to meet me until after you have hired me. Also, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work.

Home sellers are more frequently having a property inspection before they place it on the market. A Pre-Listing Inspection allows the seller to have an opportunity to repair any items that were uncovered during the inspection. The seller could also highlight the positive items that were uncovered. Knowing the exact condition of a home before it is listed can reduce the anxiety and stress of the sale. A pre-purchase inspection will reduce the risk of costly surprises to one of the largest investments most people make.
Testimonials
Report
We recently used Dunwell Home Inspections, Inc. when as we considered the purchase of an existing older home. The service and the report generated were so impressive that even the SELLERS commented on how comprehensive and excellent inspection was. You put all our minds at ease and helped us make the right decision!
Faq

It is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of the home. A home inspection is a "checkup" on your potential investment. If a problem or symptom is discovered, we will make you aware of it and I may even recommend a further evaluation. A home inspection is not an insurance policy or a warranty.
